A special session can be organized by 1-3 organizers and should focus on a well-defined topic related to the scope of the conference. Each special session should consist of 3-4 talks by experts on the topic of the session, and at most one organizer should give a talk in their own special session. At most two special sessions can be organized by the same organizer/s on one topic. Proposals for special sessions should be submitted by the deadline.
The proposal only requires a summary of the special session’s topic. Abstracts for talks in a special session are required only after the session is accepted.
Please note that as a general rule, each conference participant should give at most one talk. Plenary and tutorial speakers, in addition to their plenary talk or tutorial, can give one additional talk.

Please note that there will be a separate registration to complete after your submission being accepted.
Registration fee: Early bird (until March 16th): PhD student-£250; Standard-£325.
Standard fee (until April 30th): PhD student-£300; Standard-£375.
