The Knowledge Exchange Follow-on Fund is designed to support activities carried out after knowledge exchange events, that aim to maximise impact and enhance the output of the original event, for example:
- Completing priority tasks
- Follow up meetings
- Site visits
- Other actions that seek to promote further collaboration or enable implementation of event outputs
Note that to be eligible to apply for this support, the original event should have been associated with the ICMS or V-KEMS.
Examples of previously supported activities can be found here.
Who can apply? At least one of the applicants should be eligible to hold an EPSRC grant.
What can the ICMS provide? Funding for travel and subsistence, accommodation or academic time.
What are the expectations? Successful applicants are required to submit a summary report within one month of the activity taking place, and are expected to keep the ICMS updated on any further activities, outputs or impact generated by this support.
If you are interested in applying, please contact the ICMS Knowledge Exchange Manager Lauren Hyndman to discuss your proposal.
Please apply using this form, attaching your proposal (up to 2 pages) as a pdf using this template for guidance.
The ICMS will aim to communicate a decision within two weeks of receiving your proposal.
